The Band
Our current band of ringers have over 250 years of ringing the bells at Kempsey, and around the UK, ringing the bells for Sunday services, Weddings, Funerals, and special occasions including the Victory in Europe’s 75th and 80th anniversaries, Coronation of King Charles III and much more.
The Future
Our mission is to actively ring the bells for the next 100 years in the village, encouraging the local residents to have a go at ringing the bells and creating the next generation of bell ringers to keep this noble and ancient tradition of Church Bell Ringing very much the centre of village life.

Ringing the bells has allowed my to find new friends and allow me to experiance something quite unique.
Joining the local ringers has allowed me to ring at local bell towers during my travel around the UK. Being able to join a team during their practice nights and be greeted with a warm welcome is unlike any other activity that I know of.
I started ringing as my dad was a regular ringer and my grandad before that. After I married and moved away I had about a 47 year gap and returned after a new bell was hung and engraved for my dad and consecrated by the Bishop of Worcester.
